I had to go get some work done when I get back were at level one, what gives?

FYI, at DU many people use the slang terms "Defcon 1," "Defcon 2," &c to describe the various levels of unavailable features that occur when we have high traffic, like right now. The high traffic right now, we assume, is due to Gore testifying at the US Senate.
