Thanks to the shoe thrower...Bush may not be able to speak at some events in the USA
Edited on Thu Dec-18-08 12:20 PM by Stuart G
After Bush leaves office, he may not be able to speak at certain kinds of public forums.
..Like Universities..for instance..why?
Perhaps some unruly or angry students might just throw some shoes at him..(since it has been done once..could it be done again?)
..no don't laugh..that is possible. Isn't it?..His life at public events..where he wants to go and snicker and
.....show off..might not be so easy..after this odd experience..

IS IT WRONG TO DISCUSS WHAT MAY HAPPEN AS A RESULT OF THIS EVENT?

1. He'll still have SS protection... and will undoubtedly
deal harshly with Americans who throw anything at him... no matter how harmless.

Goes something like
"You can't arrest us all"

9. Imagine a crowd..nonviolently..just yelling ..Shoe, Shoe, Shoe..and..
never stopping the yelling till they are carried off for disrupting the speech..

Now yelling at the Ex President.."Shoe"...certainly would not be considered a violence, or assault..or attempted anything..

Just yelling.."shoe...shoe..shoe....everyone could get the picture...and it would be totally peaceful.

Not that you'd ever get it into the venue.

12. Well check it out...
The Bush Shoe Throw gamesites are getting gazillions of hits. I'm sure lots and lots of angry Americans will be throwing shoes at him at the first opportunity. I'd say let Bush speak, but haven't we seen enough gaffs and heard too many lies already? Does anyone still take this man seriously?

13. You are right..no one takes him seriously..but..
...there are so many angry at him for so many things he has done, lies and evil statements..that his public appearances just might be marked by this anger.

...This shoethrower has hit a nerve around the world. That smirk, the smirk of a true bully ..hasn't gone away.
So yelling shoe when he speaks..would be fitting for Mr. Smirk.
... No apologies for nothing....yes, no one takes him serious..but he is still going to want to talk..I guess it will be to just one sort of audience..always..cheering, never hearing the truth..nothing new.
