Poll question: Save the snark. This question is intended to be serious: Is Ken Lay Really Dead?
I recall how so many people felt his death was faked and that he bolted for someplace where he could live out his remaining years. Given all the other suspicious Enron 'deaths' it was a reasonable conclusion to which one could jump.

Then there's the countering notion about tight tin foil headwear.

It has now been a few years. Please answer seriously and without snark.

Do you think Ken Lay is really dead?

9. I didn't see a body in a coffin.
I don't recall reading about an open casket funeral. If there was one, if people saw him embalmed in the casket, I do apologize. Otherwise? He's alive and had gov't assistance to get out of the country.

she was wearing orange lip stick and living under my back porch, fishing banana slugs out of the dog's water bowl. Some of the slugs had on orange lipstick too. She must have been kissing them when she thought nobody was looking.

7. I found it interesting at the time
that the autopsy was completed in just a few hours after the "death", the body released and immediately taken for cremation.
