Caroline Kennedy "Lopes" ??!! Needs a Walking Coach to Learn Charge into a Room.

Honestly, I don't watch the news much these days. After Obama was elected, I didn't feel the need to obsessively watch and monitor.

Is this what we're reduced to, still? Caroline - the graceful wonderful sweet Caroline - now is being encouraged to "get a coach to learn how to charge into a room". Her voice is "too soft".

All the things you learn from your parents. All the things that make you what you are. Those things uniquely "you".

I don't think she will change who she is. I think John and Jackie gave her enough self-confidence not to listen to this garbage, but it hurts me for her that she is headed into this jackal-hyped arena. I don't want to see her hurt more, in a life that has been filled with tragedy.

Do you know what they're referring to? Because they're absolutely right. Frailty is not exactly and winning quality in politics... and thats exactly how she's coming off with the press. Meek, frail, and unprepared.

So while that may be fine for "the graceful wonderful sweet Caroline" - its not going to work if she wants to be Senator Kennedy. You, yourself seem to think the poor thing isnt strong enough to handle politics. Nevermind that she's a grown woman who made this decision for herself.

I don't doubt that Jackie K.O.'s kid knows how to handle a crowd and throw an elbow when called upon to do so. She'll probably stick with her patrician style and deportment, arguably Hillary Clinton adopted exactly that kind of style when she ran in 2000. New Yorkers kind of expect that sort of thing, frankly.

Caroline always seemed real to me. So what if she is not overly polished in talking with the media. Don't we hate pre-packaged pols?
