Hans Blix Would Testify Against Bush-Cheney War Crimes
Hans Blix Would Testify Against Bush-Cheney War Crimes

In an interview with Aljazeera today, former Chief of the UN weapons inspectors in Iraq told the TV that he and the Head of the IAEA “Mohamed Al-Baradei” were subjected to direct threats from Dick Cheney before the war.

Blix said that Cheney threatened to defame both men’s reputations if they didn’t came with the “required” answers.

..............

It's the same story from everyone else - Bush and Cheney demanded pro-war lies under one threat or another - being defamed, getting fired, and even outing covert CIA operatives. The Bush Administration was nothing more than a mafia operation.

But here's the good part:

Blix also added that he is ready to be a witness on the United States’ false allegations before an International tribunal.

Bush and Cheney, and if they come foreward and admit how very very guilty they were, and how they are not one bit sorry now, then and only then will they face trial in this country.

The fact that there will be a Commission pretty much means - don't hold your breath!!

Oh man. This is going to be an interesting decade. That's probably how long it'll take to accumulate the evidence.

14. It's not only this nation that needs healing with accountability -- it's the WORLD.
The Bush/Cheney crimes serve as an open wound & the pain won't go away until it is treated. The hurt won't go away like the government seems to hope it will until something substantial is done about it. If our own country won't honor its own commitment that no one is above the law & that the crimes won't be tolerated, I hope the Hague will step in to show that justice prevails.

17. It wouldn't suprise me if most of Congress was under threats of one form or another..
Cheney has been a crook his whole political life:

"Cheney's political career began in 1969, as an intern for Congressman William A. Steiger during the Nixon Administration. He then joined the staff of Donald Rumsfeld, who was then Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity from 1969–70.<13> He held several positions in the years that followed: White House Staff Assistant in 1971, Assistant Director of the Cost of Living Council from 1971–73, and Deputy Assistant to the president from 1974–1975. It was in this position that Cheney suggested in a memo to Rumsfeld that the Ford White House should use the Justice Department in a variety of legally questionable ways to exact retribution for an article published by The New York Times investigative reporter Seymour Hersh.<19><20>

Cheney was Assistant to the President under Gerald Ford. When Rumsfeld was named Secretary of Defense, Cheney became White House Chief of Staff, succeeding Rumsfeld.<13> He later was campaign manager for Ford's 1976 presidential campaign as well.<21>"

21. So many people have been threatened...
...and blackmailed by these BushCo thugs.

If they only realized that spilling the beans will set them free.

These thugs are bullies, and the people who have the 'goods' on these criminals
need to start frickin talking.

We need a few thousand more like Blix, who will make public the threats against them and
vow to come forward.

Enough is enough.

Aren't these people tired of being enslaved?
