Nude pics in cell phone lost at a McDonald's find their way online


FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) -- Here's some food for thought: If you have nude photos of your wife on your cell phone, hang onto it.

Phillip Sherman of Arkansas learned that lesson after he left his phone behind at a McDonald's restaurant and the photos ended up online. Now he and his wife, Tina, are suing the McDonald's Corp., the franchise owner and the store manager.

The suit was filed Friday and seeks a jury trial and $3 million in damages for suffering, embarrassment and the cost of having to move to a new home.

The suit says that Phillip Sherman left the phone the Fayetteville store in July and that employees promised to secure it until he returned.

That's what I always do too when I'm done with my Big Mac. I go ask the employees to go hang on to my cell phone, filled with nude pictures of my wife, for a while.

I searched the interwebs far and wide for nude pics of Tina Sherman and I couldn't find a damn one. And I left no tube unturned.

Tina Sherman Nude Photos Story Likely A Hoax, Naked Pictures Don't Exist

One problem, no photos and no alleged website where they reportedly taken down from.

Nobody seems to be able to locate any photo other than the tired cropped one below. Some unscrupulous sites, in order to capture traffic, have resorted to "censoring" the image, or worse, using ones like the shower image above. (which we found on google images)

Some have even been making claims to posess video. This of course only leads to malware and viruses. So stop searching.

We've searched high and low and have found no evidence of the validity of this story's image claim. So read the stories below, at least they deliver. (you know what I mean ;), right?)
