Responding to report of three white prostitutes, cops beat and arrest a

12 year old African American girl. Because they were plain clothes officers and didn't ID themselves, she fought them. for that they later came to her middle school and arrested her for resisting arrest. They also arrested her father for protecting his daughter from these men who were beating her and trying to drag her into their unmarked van.

Responding to a call that three white prostitutes were soliciting in the neighborhood, the plainsclothes officers jumped out of an unmarked van on Gomez's orders and one of them grabbed the girl, who is black, the lawsuit states.

The girl contends that the officers did not identify themselves as police and that the officer who grabbed her, later identified as Roark, told her, "You're a prostitute. You're coming with me."

Her parents, Wilfred and Emily Milburn, heard her cries for help and came outside to see the hysterical girl hanging on to a tree and screaming "Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" while two officers hit her in the head, face and throat, the family alleges.

Exactly. I find this VERY suspicious. Like another person in this thread, I think the cops maybe were looking for a young black girl to rape. Where is there evidence of any report of 3 white prostitutes? And how in sam hell can they "mistake" a 12-year old black girl for 3 white prostitutes?

I hypothesize that these plain clothes officers that didn't ID themselves were actually hunting for a young girl to rape, and after everything went sour concocted the other story for cover.

made her strip naked, took her out to Belle Isle and dumped her. Belle Isle late at night is/was a very dangerous place. She was lucky that some kind hearted people picked her up instead of adding insult to injury. She was a virgin.

If she tried, worse would have happened.

That poor kid! SOME police officers are really thugs with a badge. Some actually are good cops but the bad ones really make you distrustful. I know my son hates cops...he's a college student, never been in trouble a day in his life but gets pulled over constantly for what we call DWB (driving while black) stops. It's sick world out here.

Those thugs even threatened to shoot her puppy. That poor little girl will never be the same again and they need to pay for what they did to her.

A lot of kids have been told not to believe any strangers. Child molesters have used the ruse of being a cop - Gacy did that now that I think about it. He would dress up like a clown and appear at Rotary functions, as well.

Here's praying that both the girl and her father have the charges dropped against them.

I hope that they win a lawsuit against the police, and those officers are put on suspension or fired for their abusive behavior.
