even many that claim to follow the Savior who says to not judge lest ye be judged are often the first in line to judge, and then there are those waiting on their Savior to even come for the first time, who do not seem to wish to put a true end to this prolonged warfare with their Palestinian neighbors. And gay in that part of the world? No thanks! There's only a few worse places to be gay (African countries).

2. Very wisely said...

I often quote the bit about not judging... and the bit about treating "the lesser of your brethren" as you would treat Jesus himself.

A lot of people are waiting for "the" Savior, some waiting for a return, some waiting for an initial visit. All should be at least a little concerned about what said Savior is going to find. One would think, anyway.

The exception is Jerusalem where the fundies of three major religions (Jewish, Christian, Moslem) hang out.
