...as long as it isn't being carried out by the United States or one of its allies -- in which case, it automatically becomes "legitimate self-defense."

4. And it must be considered 'legitimate self-defense" to be in compliance
with the Arms Export Control Act which stipulates that the US cannot sell military arms to a country unless they are used for 'legitimate self-defense'.

That explains why Israel is claiming 'self-defense',

2. It is not an easy task
The way to stop it is for all of humanity to stop thinking that we are all so different. If humanity could see that we are all humans we would not have this problem. We are apparently incapable of this though because we tend to label everything.
