1. I think he can't wait to get out of there
I think if he could leave today, he'd be in Texas by sun up tomorrow

3. He 'checked out' long ago...
I bet he leaves and could care less whether or not the bags arrive on time.

He's been ready.

4. He's out. He achieved most of his goals.
Destroy the middle class, transfer wealth to a tiny percentage, unnecessary war with Iraq, subvert the Constitution - he has had a good run. Wasn't able to demolish Social Security and the New Deal in its entirety, but he gave it a spirited try. Plus, he leaves in place the Reich Wing yahoo corner - O'Reilly, Rush, Hannity, and yes, Rove - to spin his legacy of deceit and destruction. Pretty good run, in his estimation.

Jeb comes next.

7. Well, SWAT might damage the antiques.
We could print up stuff for a huge fake fundraiser, and change the locks as soons as his helicopter lifts off.

14. He's probably dying to get out.

There's nothing left to pillage so where's the fun, plus he'll get to drink in peace without having to hide the bottles.
