Face it, the Democratic Party leadership of both houses is absolutely inept.Strong and resolute on rather inconsequential matters, they're quicker than high speed rail they're too gutless to fund to bend over for almost every disgusting illegal and inhumane unconstitutional act an appointed president brings before them. While Bush is reponsible for the mess we're in, he couldn't have done it w/o the help and complicity of Congress.
