3. He was actually Cheif Science advisor to the Obama campaign

not sure what his role is now in the Transition group, but I'd be pretty certain PE Obama's heard the guys ideas.

His picks so far in the feild of science have been stellar

Perhaps Dr Kamman wishes to continue as is...?

But I like his approach so far....cept he seems to concentrate on existing cities...I see a need to create new cities from the ground up...and/or...rebuilding existing cities section at a time...using the techniques mentioned and other new concepts adapted not described yet....

Dr. Kammen is a professor at the University of California, Berkeley in the Energy and Resources Group (ERG), a professor of Public Policy, and a professor of Nuclear Engineering. In addition, Dr. Kammen is chief science adviser for the Barak Obama presidential campaign and has advised several foreign heads of state as well as non-governmental organizations. And if that isn't all, Dr. Kammen is also a member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and is founding Director of the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory (RAEL).

10. Thanks...I think the Dr wishes to continue with his outstanding work

I have been comcetrating on floating Farms/cities in Open oceans......much ops there including almost free energy from solar,wind, current. and thermoclime....can house millions to relieve pressures on land....free fresh water and loads of space...

My specailty is aquaculture..from fin fish to oysters, clams to lobsters, etc
