He is shrugging off the slaughter of millions of people as a "disappointment". Abu Ghraib a "disappointment". His tone of voice and body language say it all. He either does not comprehend the gravity of his decisions, or he doesn't care. Not a bit.

This man is sick. The cuffs can't be placed on him soon enough.

I want him in jail for the rest of his life.

Just like a sociopath to use his last turn in the spotlight to blame all his failures on the actions of others. Seen it before, victimized by it as well. I am completely unsurprised.
