But yes there will be some paybacks for what the Republicans have done to this country and the way they did it. May not be as obvious as some would want it to be (and thats good) but that doesn't mean there won't be some harsh repercussions coming the Republicans way real soon. Life changing repercussions.

See, i have to disagree. I don't see enforcing the law as 'paying someone back.'

I don't see laws serving revenge. In fact one of the points of having laws is to lesson the need for revenge. People don't need to carry out revenge when they have faith that justice can be served through the courts.

Why do they allow victims families to witness the execution of their murder then? If that isn't "law as revenge" I don't know what is.

hold the ring leaders accountable and give the lower echelon co-conspirators probation with a way to rehab back to civilized society.

And that's going to require a full excavation of the truth. Some people are definitely going to jail in that case, and others are going to be faced with jail time, in order to get them to tell what they know.

If the Reign of Terror and War goes uninvestigated and unpunished it will certainly happen again, maybe just 4 years from Tuesday, only it will probably be worse the next time.

It's because I worry about this country's future that I am for full investigation, wherever it may lead. People who are "backward looking" would accuse me of wanting revenge.
