3. I didn't see that posted on the site. They should post it.
As for the books, practically all publishing for the US is now done by Canadian presses. I think it's mostly the ecological concerns over printing processes that has killed the printing business in the US. (There used to be offset presses in print shops all over the country. Now they're rare; most "printers" are using fast Xerox machines for printing.)
