Yes Truman was unpopular when he left office, though I think the poor and disenfranchised who supported him were under counted, just as they were in the 1948 election. But the unpopularity was mostly due to his firing of MacArthur and the Korean War. He was seen in a different light a few years later. (Not long after when everyone was dead, like Chimpy thinks).
But let's look at his accomplishments;

Integration of the Armed Forces

"W" has an abysmal record and little but the contempt of the American People.
No George, you won't get reevaluated as a good President. This Truman analogy is just another one of your lies.
