Walter Jones has class.

This is the only one of those republican scum that had the interest and decency to come and participate in our major hearing exposing the lies about the Iraq War. He almost had tears in his eyes apologizing for not seeing it sooner.

Today against all his party sellouts and their intimidation, he continued showing that class.

Mr. Jones, you belong on the left side of the aisle, not with those death merchants.

2. I've met several members of Congress from NC and....

He's the nicest one. I disagree with him on nearly everything and I think he's mixed up somewhere in the head, but at least his heart is in the right place. On most issues, he seems like he's trying to find the correct answer. I hope that he finds the correct answer on other things like he has on Iraq.

3. He seems to be an example of a truly well meaning person

who keeps coming up with the wrong answer because he started out with the wrong information.

His information has come from preachers and propagandists. If he ever sees through that part, he has the potential to become another Sam Ervin, one of the better officials to come out of NC.

6. This vote was so slim,

it could have been possible that he would have been the margin of victory to pass it. This was no slam dunk.

I wouldn't doubt he had something to do with bringing Gilchrist over too.
