The most psycho-insane prayer for the President to come out of FreakRepublic

Father God, Today marks the end of an era. We say goodbye to President Bush and hello to President Obama. And deep in our hearts, we know this is not a good thing for this nation. But, we also know that it is within Your will that this man is ascending to these ranks, and we know t is for a reason. Again, my heart tells me that the reason is not good - for it means that judgment of some degree has come to America. Our nation has forsaken You. In her churches, the flesh is catered to and the Word left begging. In her homes, every sort of filth is embraced and children are raised by a state hostile to biblical values. In our government, we have a bunch of ravenous beasts all fighting over who gets the power, who gets the photo op, who can destroy the country first. Then, there are the believers in this land, who haven't bowed their knee to Baal. We weep for what we see Lord. We weep for our nation. And we are afraid that with the inauguration of President Obama, we will also be saying goodbye to her. I do not know what this nation will have become 4 years from now. But based upon his stated policies, I know that there will be a sifting in the house of God and pray that when all is done You will indeed still find true faith in America. I pray for Your strength for each one who prays here and for those who don't just to endure what we are about to endure. I pray if persecution comes, we will be found worthy to stand and given grace to do so. And, I pray, if there be any way possible, that You would send someone with the gospel to President Obama.

In all things and in every way, Lord, I pray for You to be glorified and I bow to Your will tonight. I confess I'm fearful at what will happen. But, You are my God, and You said You would never leave nor forsake those who love You, so I place my faith and trust in You, even in the midst of this national storm.

Go with us Lord. Be with the Bushes as the return to Texas. And, may America repent of the evils which she has done. May she repent of her abortions, sexual sins, and selfishness. May she return to her first love - that You may be pleased with her once more. And may the world know that there is still a God in America.

Protect those who know You. Protect Israel. Protect our men and women who are about to get a new Commander in Chief. And we love You and praise You, in Jesus' name, Amen.
