1. Don't forget he was the one running interference in the senate for Poppy on BCCI.
He has long been a BFEE hatchetman.

3. He is also the man behind Ann Northrup. He is grooming
her for governor of Kentucky. She needs to be careful though. He will drop her like a hot rock the minute things get tough. Look at how he abandoned Ernie Fletcher when the going got tough. He wouldn't even speak Fletcher's name.

5. If we can defeat Ann Northrup we can score a hit against him.
See, he is already saddled with Ernie Fletcher. He is also going to be seen as the man who is standing in the way of some very popular legislation.
