DU, thank you so much for the other night when I asked about Hospice.
I know I could have researched it on Google, but I really wanted to hear from people who had had some kind of personal experience, and you were so kind. I am so grateful to you all.

I just had to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I love DU and I love all of you more than you know. Thank you for the advice and assistance.

2. Oh dear. Mike, did you end up getting your dad into hospice?
I'm sorry to hear that, but those folks are just extraordinary. I think they helped ME more than my dad, in a way.

6. Best wishes to you and your family
Sometimes I think the hardest part is knowing when to let go, although it's all pretty hard.

Hospice just made it a little bit easier.

8. I read that post and was going to add my comment;
but after reading the posts I felt that your question as answered as well as it could. I was very impressed and said to myself "one more reason to be a member of DU" Best of luck to you and yours, my mother had this service in 1996 and it made the situation so much more bearable.:grouphug:
