2. I think licking the pumpkin was a little over the top.
If I saw a beer commercial on TV where a girl was licking a beer bottle I would find it a little too much.

It wasn't ever intended for the air. By being rejected, they get the same exposure and publicity without having to shell out 2 million for the Super Bowl airtime. Good business.
