You know, I'd be worried about the lack of Republican support for the
stimulus package if those folks had done one single good thing for the economy, one thing that worked, over the past 8 years. They, and that flatulent, gasbag, triple jowled, Limbaugh can get on the boat and row.

1. Indeed. The Lack Of A Single Repub Vote Is ENCOURAGING
It means it's probably a much better package than we imagine. I'd be worried if they voted FOR it!

It's a GOOD thing they stuck together like this. What a bunch of self destructive maroons. Watch their approvals nose-dive after O gets done saying how dissapointed he is in their rejection of his overtures.

4. Republicans held the line - and lost
We don't need the Republicans to govern.

Let the Minority be heard, but the Majority rules.

Let the Republicans scream; they are powerless. Now we have the power to put this country back onto a Progressive track, and we should do so as soon as possible.

2. Couldn't agree with you more
Only problem is, Rush would eat all the rest of them and survive the journey.

3. The've been wrong for the last 8 years. They put the country in this position.
Why did you expect them to get it right this time? That's why they were thrown out of office.

5. I don't know , but the more RL name is mentioned
all that is done is you spark human curiousity and basically advertise for him and end up shooting one self in the foot. It would have been much better to promote your own side in these matters.

Yes the repubs have runied this country but it's been longer than 8 years and one must never forget many Dems enabled them and sat back and did nothing to fight these crimes. People seem to think that moving on or looking into the future will somehow erase the past when it won't and no one really knows what the future will look like or who it will include other than to imagine it the way one choses which is not reality.

I am a liberal and there are some of these measures in this stimulus package that I can't see how on earth will create jobs.
