An overview of (De-) flowering shrubs:
Edited on Wed Jan-28-09 08:28 PM by catnhatnh
George W Bush: (Yukka Yukka) a late blooming parasitic plant endemic to certain closely bred New England genuses. Easily transplanted, though with shallow roots it often mimics local species. If allowed to propagate it will quickly overcome sensible growth. it It is generally considered harmful and extremely hard to eradicate. The USDA and American electorate have declared it an invasive species and recently attempted its total removal under a national "shrub clearing" program.

Jeb Bush: (Yukka Younger) A related lesser species. This Bush is a southeastern transplant marked by rapid growth followed by failure. The Jeb was once thought to be a viable option but was soon exposed to rapidly consume resources and leave the garden totally depleted.

Marvin Bush: (Yukka Yukka 9/11) A much less known variety originally planted as a security hedge, it was later found to have leached nutrients and provided no protection.

Neil Bush: (Yukka Yukka Advantageous) A pest known to suck valuable silver from the soil causing crop failure. It is also suspected of hosting Bush type plants that attempt to kill off primary crops to aid it's progenitor.

General studies of this family have shown them to be in all cases detrimental or harmful to healthy growth. Where they are not erradicated damage is certain to follow. All appear resistant to any but the most determined efforts to remove.

Each variety has been proven to be a failure as were earlier uses of progenitor stock. If Bush of ANY of these varieties is encountered it must be eliminated at once.
