Bring it on, you obstructionist GOP motherfuckers. If I never hear the word "bipartisan" again, it'll be too soon.

2. "But but but but it's THEIR fault! They won't work with us!"
Screamed endlessly on talking head shows by overgrown crybabies who think that bipartisanship means the other party caves 100% of the time.

Let's hope our own party realizes this. So far, they have not.

3. I was encouraged to hear about the House bill passing...
without a single GOP vote. It means that the Dems decided to pass a piece of legislation without worrying about whether the GOP was on board. My take on that is that it's beginning to sink in with the Dems that they have a majority, and they have a mandate.

7. Put in their 2 cents then vote it down...
...that's superb. Obama takes some things out they don't like, adds some stuff in that the GOP wants, then they vote it down anyway. Wow.

8. Well, it does put them on notice.
Every one of those mutherfukers knows that the bill COULD have passed without ANY changes. Seeing them vote en masse against it and it still passes is proof that next time we have NO incentive to change a thing.

They can play with us, or go play with themselves - it makes no difference, and they KNOW IT.

13. Like their being so Coy by doing that.
Like their putting one over on those Dems. "We'll show them". I can hear the pitter patter of undecideds shuffling over to the left. There's no room on the right with Rush in the room anyway! ; )

4. But they are bipartisan in supporting Israel at all times and
that appears to be the reason our republic now exists!

5. No need for Partisanship anyway
Just listening to the top notch open minded reporting on CNBC and Senator Shelby (R) has it all figured out, so we don't need to have partisanship, we just need the Republican Senators do what they want (I guess he hasn't seen the December Gallup Poll stating that the Republican Senate had even LOWER ratings than BUSH! If that even seems possible). I can't believe that despite the blows the American people have given the GOP by voting them out of office in droves, and horrific ratings on the polls, that these guys have the audacity to completely block and rip apart Obama's attempt to turn things around.

One can only pray, and I have fantasies about it: They vote NO to everything, the stimulus and legislation works, and the Republican party goes the way of the Dodo. It's already seemingly just an outdated form of thought that they seem to support.

11. I think bi-partisan and post-partisan can mean something different
but sadly, I don't have the time to write a full thing on this right now. :(

12. And we can assume
that the GOP members of Congress who voted against it don't want any of the stimulus money coming into their district -- and the Dems are fools if they give them any. Give the bulk of the money to members who supported the plan.

If the people in the districts who don't get any money don't like it, they can take it up with their Reps.

Take care of the people who support you -- period.

14. I wish more people thought like that
when the bill goes into conference- start directing monies to the districts that both need the assistance and support the economic policies behind it.
