Based upon their apparent opposition to Obama's stimulus plan, they seem to think that 28 years of cutting taxes (mostly on wealthy and upper-income individuals and corporations and their gains) just isn't enough time for it to work out like they claim it's supposed to. I wish SOMEBODY would have the testicular fortitude to simply ask the RepublicaZombies just HOW MANY MORE years of tax cuts it's going to take for all that supposed tax-cut created "wealth" to trickle down to the average middle- or lower-income class family. WHERE has all of this supposed tax cut-created wealth gone to over the past 28 years? Can they or their corporate masters explain THAT? Given what we know now about the actual state of several supposedly strong and reliable Fortune 500 companies, none of them seem to be able to account for where all THEIR massive wealth went (or more likely probably don't WANT to tell the rest of us- although if it was helping the economy, you'd think that they would be willing and able to show us some examples). The RepublicaZombies don't like Obama's stimulus plan and almost all of them want NOTHING to do with it- so, IMHO it should be incumbent upon them to lay out their ideas to the American public and PROVE to us somehow that THEIR ideas for more and more tax cuts are better for the economy and the average family. Simply saying that Obama's plan isn't going to work and/or make things worse and wanting him to "fail" shouldn't be enough for people charged with the responsibility of leading this country. I want them to show the rest of us- whom apparently just aren't smart enough to "get it"- how their wet dreams for more tax cuts will actually improve the income and general fortunes of the average middle- and lower-income families and, more importantly, I think that they need to bluntly explain to the rest of us why such similar policies have utterly failed to work during the past 28 years and what they plan on doing differently this time to make them work. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh:
