I think if a senator votes
against the plan today...then their state shouldn't get (or as much as) the states whose senators who vote for it!

3. I kinda think that too
but I'm from one of those districts so it would be cutting off my nose to spite my face......but if it in any way encourages people to quit voting for Dco, then maybe it would be worth it.....
