Interesting frying-pan-meet-fire, due to scalability, article. I dunno how much I trust "The New Scientist", but it's certainly interesting.

1. I haven't read the link yet...

but what the hell, why let your info hose my thoughts....wind plus copper windings=cheap energy...unless storage becomes reliant on precious metal there is a path out.
