I'm refinancing my mortgage ... a 30-year fixed at 5%!

I'm so happy happy happy.

We're saving a couple-hundred a month.

8. Better than great - good financial news in these strapped times. Now, in gratitude,
consider paying another 50 a month to give yourself a big boost in paying the mortgage down.
That's way better than saving in this climate of no returns, but then you know that.
