Should Oil Executives be charged with lying to Congress?

Tejada nor the oil executives were under oath when they testified before Congress. However, only one is in hot water.

Shouldn't the Oil Executives be charged with lying to Congress as well?

Cheney's dubious "Energy Task Force", IMO.

Cheney fought like hell to keep those notes secret. Why? The most logical reason is that he didn't want the Enroning of America to be made public.

I have maintained for years that California was only the proving ground, and they went world wide after the meeting of this "task force".

Oil goes to nearly $150 a barrel. Where is it today now that the freaking criminals ae gone? Around $40 a barrel.
