Obama: Investigate Duke Lacrosse DA Nifong

Interesting that it has entered into presidential politics. I guess it's one more nail in Nifong's coffin, and another example of Obama pulling ahead of the herd and not being afraid to speak out.

1. Not sure why Obama is doing this but I'm all for it.
I've been a non-fan of Nifong's for a while... because I believe in honest prosecutors.

2. Good for Obama.
The Justice Department should be seriously considering criminal charges against Nifong for the way he tried to railroad the Duke athletes.
