Citibank increasing interest rates 3% on Home Depot card
WTF- these people are getting bailed out and they have the balls to do this?
New rates are 26.99 standard and 29.99 default.
I'd opt out but I have an older home and I need to use it for emergencies.

1. I only use my Home Depot card for promotions....
.....where I get an extra 10% off if I do. No exceptions.

4. Can you get a different card?
Those rates are crazy. I'm almost done paying everything off, but my highest card is only 5.99%.

5. I wish I could
But without going into detail, my ex did a murder-suicide with our credit ratings before leaving and it's the only card I've got left. I use it only for real emergencies when I'm between ssdi checks and I pay it off as quickly as I can.
