Statement From NovaM re; Randi
To all of Randi's listeners;

You are all correct - I have not had the option to disclose what has been happening between Randi and Nova M...

You see, it's in her contract that she has total control, but, after Wednesday night, I want you all to know that Nova M has done everything we can to get her back on the air.

All this is her choice; if she wants to tell you all what the issue is, then I hope she does, but I can't according to her contract rules.

But I can tell you this I have wanted her back on the air. She's an amazing talent and needs to be heard.

Thank you all for all of your support.

Randi now has to make her decisions as to what she must do with her career...

2. For the most part, I enjoyed Randi's show.
I hope whatever the problem is keeping her from the air gets settled.

4. she can go on and on, but I like her.
I hope she gets her contract settled. We need progressive voices on the radio more now than ever.

6. Absolutely. We could always count on Randi fighting for our side.
She often had interesting guests on her show and I liked the little comedy segments too.

5. There are two sides to an argument.
We'll see how it really turns out.

7. Everyone usually jumps to the conclusion that it's Randi's fault ...
just because of her sometimes abrasive manner. She
KNOWS her legal rights, though -- I'm sure she's
abiding by the terms of her contract this time, the
same way she did when AAR dissed her. I can only
hope that there's a place for her in the progressive
radio (or TV?) world ... Isn't MSNBC still looking
for somebody to follow Rachel???

8. Money
She probebly wants more money than NovaM can offer. Her choice. Kind of a shame since they gave her a home.

Am I the only one sick of Randi and her prima-donna fits? Give me Mike Malloy any day. Or Steph Miller.

10. Nope, you aren't the only one.
But I will miss her ability to call out these Republican pricks in such an effective manner.

I hope she finds a home soon. I personally can't listen to her more than an hour at a time, but I do think she is a great voice for the progressive side.
