10. That he does............
you have to keep in mind that he's a republican, they do this all the time. They get into office fuck things up and then it's up to the democrats to try to fix things. We take 1 step forward only to take 3 steps back.

11. In a word "Yes". It's his style.
Gain control of something, fuck it over, than hand it off to someome else to clean up after he's done with it. Beyond the point of no return.

Only this time the It's a f'ed up US. And Obama's the guy that has it must find away of fixing/cleaning it up. And he has to do this with a large number of forces obstructing and wanting him to fail.

Not a good situation to come into folks.

12. Well he did give Obama a get out of jail free card
I am going to give the new President lots of latitude in what he is doing for the first two/three years at least. I expect that the public in general will as well. I think the whole economic mess will be one hack and slash after another looking for a solution at the Federal level for something that does not have a clear solution.

On the foreign front his moves with Afghanistan has signaled his ownership of that situation. The basic question there (beyond give us Osama) is whether we may eventually decide to deal with the Taliban in some form. It is getting more obvious that our best course of action may be to let them continue to live in the 13th century. They appear to be happy with it, and, so long as they are not sponsoring folks who attack us, what are you going to do? Note, except for the fact we were not attacked by Saddam's sponsoree, this is the same argument for not going into Iraq.

Curse Bush for taking the focus off of who actually attacked us on 9/11.

15. Obama was warned repeatedly what was happening and he
was told how to fix it and what did he do? He hired the same tax-cheating motherfuckers that caused this mess to preside over fixing it! Geithner! Summers! And others. THEY CAUSED THIS MESS!!!
