1. The whole secret to Republics is
stop listening to what they say and watch what they do!
Because they NEVER EVER do what they say they will.

3. Frankly he needs to get rid of those tax cuts now rather than let them go on for two more years
We need that money now, and it may be too late in a couple of years.

4. Let the GOPukes fight to keep the tax cuts for the rich
Anything that turns over the rocks that they are hiding beneath is a good thing.

Squashing these provisions will let them wrap themselves in the banner of "friends of the people".

Making them fight to keep them after they expire wraps them in the banner of "friends of the rich".

Not a place you want to be.

6. Why did the republicans legislate a tax increase?
They passed the law that had the tax cuts expiring at the end of 2010, so if this is a tax increase, then it was one they wrote into law and voted for.

8. I Predicted This Years Ago...
No surprise here, President Obama campaigned on this issue...promised to let those draconian 2002 tax breaks for the rich expire except for the rates for the lower 95%. Guess what. Promise delivered!!!

All through last year, Gramps used that sunset a a false claim of a tax hike...and the bill was purposely written to expire at this time to either help a future GOOP President or bash a Democrat. The GOOP just didn't figure in that few people have any pity for the very rich.
