Let's get rid of the word "Stigma." I have been using it for yeras, but I think

Let's get rid of the word "Stigma." I have been using it for yeras, but I think
it is part of the problem.

That word is like Poison Ivy. Even if I use it in complete innocent, it is just contributing to the idea tht there is something wrong with whatever I'm attaching this word to, like:

My depression, shyness, anxiety, etc...
Anything that anyone of you might be experiencing that is considered "out of the ordinary" even though one out of ten or twenty or fifty people experience it.

For my part, I want to try to avoid that term, "Stigma", if at all possible. And I'm sorry I've useed it in the past.
