2. Great! I am glad to see the follow-up to Valerie Plame's
important testimony re the memo and the refusal to allow the CPD reports officer to refute the distortions in the Report.

Its time for Waxman to piss or get off the pot and start doing something about this stuff. A Letter from Waxman--gee, Bushco is running scared now. Lets see now: there's the Abramoff scandal still unaccounted for, the phony intel leading us into war, corrupt contracting, The NSA scandal, The USA firings--I could go on and on. When''s something going to be done about this other than letter writing?
Lets see some results--anything else is just posturing and grandstanding.

GOP senators would sign off on that addendum to the report. None of the other senators, including the other GOP senators, would sign Robert's antiWilson lies.

14. Here's How The Toesuck Matter Will Work Out, I believe
She as good as said, in that public hearing, that Hayden didn't know what he was talking about. I don't think that went down well with a guy like Hayden and will thus insure that Waxman gets everything he wants. She ticked Waxman off too, with her lies, I am confident that she will pay for her evil deeds. I also notice she has been strangely absent from the world of punditry since then.

23. This will break open Plamegate
it looks like a specific request, but it's actually pretty open - "all other documents relating to any efforts to correct inaccurate information included in the Senate report" - a lot of CIA internal memos are going to come out. These will refer back in time to events and memos _before_ the Senate report, so Waxman will start saying, "So, there was a visit from Vice President Cheney to discuss this issue? Shocked, I am. Truly shocked. Well, I guess we'll have to subpoena all records about what Mr Cheney did and said..." This is like Dorothy on the yellow brick road!

Oh yeah, that will do a lot of good.
Waxman's been sending out a lot of letters but doesn't seem to be bothering the Bush administration at all. A letter from Waxman seems to affect Bush about as much as a good post here does.
Stop writing letters--start investigating
