How come karl rove isn't in jail?
He didn't even BOTHER to appear when he was subpeoned. He didn't have to testify.....but he was SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP!!!! And he "laughed in our faces", b/c he DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO SHOW UP. And what did "we: do? Nuthin'

Karl rove "took a chance" and he 'won'......oh, how I'd wish to prove his turd-blossum lovin' face WRONG!

6. There are some intricate legal issues on this matter
The Obama administration is still looking at certain aspects of it. Its going to go to court at some point provided it is not buried.
