Germany's supreme court bans the use of voting machines.
Germany's supreme court has ruled that the use of voting machines violates the principle of election transparency and is therefore unconstitutional.

would fight such a change tooth and nail here in the UK too. At present , as far as I'm aware , there are no plans to change from our pieces of paper and pencils anyway.
