Oasis 'barred from China' over Free Tibet gig

However, Chinese authorities denied the ban was over Tibet, saying it was because of financial problems with the band's local promoters.

2. Coincidentally, I remember way back in the 90s, when there was a group called Oasis.
Didn't they have a hit song? Whatever happened to them? I think that somebody hit the lead singer in the face with a shovel. Or wanted to.



Good for them re: Tibet, though.
