5. They do it without knowing they're doing it.

They're giving up on Palin, which is recognizing reality. They just don't know why they're giving up on her. Generally, they don't know much of anything having to do with reality.

9. I do hope you're right about the governorship thing.

From the comments I read at the Anchorage Daily News, a lot of her former supporters have seen the light. I just hope it's enough. I don't think I could take four more years of her.

Those BC threads were keeping me amused. Now I have to hunt for them. Poor Norm Coleman. I don't think he ever even made the keyword list. I don't think they're even following that election contest.
