Has Obama nominated any federal court judges yet?

For either the circuit or appeals courts?

If not, any idea when he plans on doing so?

There are a lot of openings and a big chance to build a more progressive federal court system. The Pukes have done a good job over the past few decades of getting their handpicked radical conservative judges into federal courts, and we need to do an equally good job of getting liberal and progressive judges onto federal courts.

2. It would be nice if some of those vacancies were filled.

While there is no rush, Obama's political capital is at an all-time high now, and these seats have been vacant for a while now.
