what if leahy and congress INSIST the world courts investigate bu$h*/cheney
let the world decide if there were any 'crimes' committed

take any politics out of it.

1. Then the world courts would insist the US investigate them first
The ICC is for when countries are unable or unwilling to do the investigation themselves. If Congress says they should be investigated, then the US is willing to do it.

6. Perhaps the detainee's from Gitmo...
and those from Abu Ghraib will insist that the World Court investigate. Looks like they're not getting anywhere in their attempts here.
