A lesson from Bush/Cheney. Never steal anything small
Edited on Thu Mar-05-09 12:04 PM by Cyrano
If you’re shoplifting, or passing bad checks, you’re an idiot who hasn’t learned a thing from Bush/Cheney and Co.

If you want to steal and get away with it, do it on a massive scale. A pickpocket may do years in jail if caught. Stealing untold billions of dollars is the key to becoming immensely wealthy and getting away with it, -- even though everyone knows what you’ve done.

No one can really calculate the tremendous fortune Cheney has made from Iraq and Afghanistan via Halliburton, its subsidiary KBR, and other companies like Blackwater who received no-bid contracts.

And no one can imagine how much the Bush Crime Family and friends have profited through the various and undisclosed holdings of the Carlyle Group.

Does anyone actually believe that these war-criminals who are covered in blood will ever spend a day in jail? If you really think so, I’d like some of what you’re smoking.

So what’s to prevent the next Bush/Cheney cabal that comes along from doing the same, or far worse? The Democrat's insufficient response and lame actions regarding the massive crimes that have been committed, can be considered nothing more than aiding and abetting world-class criminals.
