10. I've been trying to figure out the suits. Here goes:

Both of them woke up this morning and decided that they needed to look less authoritarian than the other. Fitz didn't want it to appear that Gonzo was his bitch, and Gonzo didn't want it to appear that he was trying to intimidate yet another U.S. attorney for political reasons. They tried to downstage one another, and both failed.
