2. The amendment changes -
Clawback provision if you sell the house for more than you said it was worth - you gotta pay the extra to the mortgage co.

You have to try a modification before you file bankruptcy.

You can't lower the interest rate if you can afford to pay more.

Reall cosmetic changes.

The big thing is you can still reamortize over 30-40 years. Thats the Big Kahuna.

If they don't change that we're OK.
