too, but that caller took the debate right over into lala land with his arguments. There just appears to be a certain percentage of the population that never matured beyond the "MINE!" stage of human development. Marriage is not a finite resource and their share will not be diminished by the number of people marrying. If that were the case I would be more than willing to donate my unused shares of marriage* to any couple currently barred from marrying by the genitalia police.
*I don't know what the average number of marriages is per American. I've only used one of mine.
