What's with the Yahoo Buzz? It's full of right-wing jerks.
It seems like the only people that comment on the Yahoo Buzz site are right wing assholes. The Yahoo site is over run with conservative douche bags.

At the end of every Yahoo news story there is a link to "Buzz up" the story. The "Buzz up" link takes you to where people not only comment on the story, but also rate the comments with a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down." Regardless of the story, the "Buzz up" is ALWAYS full of right wing comments, each with several thumbs up ratings. The liberal comments are either non-existent or voted down with so many negative votes the comments aren't readily visible. (Go there and you'll see what I mean, plus you'll be able to click "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" for each comment you see.)

We must put a stop to this bullshit before people think that's how most Americans think. "The squeaky wheel gets the greese" and these assholes are making so much noise I can't hear myself type. Please, I don't post much here, but I encourage all DUers to "Buzz up" Yahoo stories and put these myopic, narrow-minded, right wing bigots in their place. Vote down their comments into negative values, the point where they are hidden from view.

It really doesn't matter which story you look at on Yahoo. Just click the "Buzz up" link and read some of the comments. If the story doesn't have comments, which would be surprising, just try a different one. Inevitably there will be some derogatory remark about Obama or liberals. You don't have to post, just click on the little "thumbs down" icon to vote down their neocon voice. Please, help stop these assholes or at least, shut them up. I can't do it all by myself.

Thank you.

4. Yahoo is a third rate site anyway. No wonder pukes congregate there.

With their AOL internets from mom's basement.

Leave the sewer to the reptiles, I say. They deserve each other.

ETA: Another puke hang out is, believe it or not, the ebay powerseller board. I think it's because pukes are too stupid to know (or too arrogant to care) that lurkers can easily mess with your auctions when you post inflammatory stuff. Progressives are smart enough to avoid shitting where they eat.

5. My god, you ought to check out any of the financial message boards over there.
They have tonnes of paid shills on many of them and they are all rabidly RW.

6. The Market Watch Boards?
The Market Watch Boards are full of RW twits, but I always thought that was because it was part of the Wall Street Journal Digital Network.

I haven't looked at the Financial boards of Yahoo per se, but I guess it makes sense.

8. I'm the one that posted
on Buzz that Yahoo is in danger of becoming irrelevant if they continue with this format. They can vote my posts down in seconds. Maybe we should just boycott them. It gets depressing reading all the racist bigoted ignorance on Yahoo Buzz.

9. They have paid shills on every major message board.
Including popular musician forums. It has been like this for years and is highly effective. This sort of bit is where the "Obama is a Muslim/socialist/you mane it spawned and propagated.
They are way ahead of us in the sleaze department as usual. They put their roots in the net early as the web was mostly populated by upper income and wealthy people in the beginning.
