Swift Boat Funder Fox Quits Rather than Lose
Sam Fox, Swiftboat funder and extraordinarily bad liar, has withdrawn his nomination as ambassador to Belgium. He was likely to be defeated by the SFRC this afternoon, so the Bushies had him pull out rather than suffer an ignominious defeat on such a tame post.

Here's a lesson you should have learned earlier in life, Sam Fox: if you lie, you eventually have to pay the Piper. Just not in Belgium, asshole.

6. We can't forget about him after this.
As long as he is involved we need to keep tabs on him.

When he gets involved whether just financially or more directly we need to hit him hard.

10. Yay for John Kerry!!!
and Senator Dodd for backing him up and torpedoing this scum bag!!!
And BOO on Sen. Kit Bond, R-Mo., who said it was "disappointing that a capable and qualified candidate with bipartisan support has become a victim of a political vendetta."

FUCK YOU Kit, the victim of a "political vendetta" was Senator Kerry compliments of the Fox funded Swift LIARS!!

16. The one thing I think is a shame
He'll probably not "learn" from this. Instead, like all sociopaths (and I'm increasingly convinced they ARE **all** sociopaths), he'll just blame others for his loss, and go on about his wicked ways. It's always someone else's fault. HE did nothing wrong. Mark my words.

17. And Lieberman was just gushing about this guy...
Aww shucks, I'm so disappointed...:sarcasm:

Lieberman told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in February, "Sam Fox represents what America is all about, and that's why he will be, when confirmed, an extraordinary ambassador."
