I Haven't Seen The Movie Milk Yet
It's on Pay Per View (Dish Network). Should I buy it before I have to pay about $30 more for a DVD? Is it a good movie? You tell me to, and it's done. My decision rests with you DU.

6. I found the documentary far more an important
piece of work than the film. And it delivered more of an emotional and intellectual impact.

3. I personally rarely buy DVDs because I don't usually watch a movie more than once or twice.
But it was an excellent movie and certainly worth viewing on PPV.

I liked it enough to watch it twice (all day purchase).

It's a good movie but sad, Sean Penn did a great acting job.

11. It's very historical. I was working as a nurse at Stanford and
took care of the first AIDS patients in the early 80's. I was in my early 20's then and didn't know this whole story very well and now it all makes sense. It really brought tears to my eyes seeing them fight for the right to be who they were. It's amazing to see that we've come far but that there is always this slipping backwards that can occur at anytime (prop 8 in CA). I still feel for the kids in "small town America" who can't "come out" for fear of getting teased or harrassed.
