Actually, there is a plethora to choose from, but my personal favorite would be the one from Mark James Small about how FDR kept us in the Great Depression.

And, no. You cannot make this shit up.

1. My personal favorite is the one where the freep says
that Rush Limbaugh "has clearly identified the growing threats to our way of life and is capably spreading the word."

2. Telling ya. It's a laugh o'minute here in the Old Dominion

Playing bunco a few weeks ago, mind you, barely 4 weeks after Obama took the oath, I was quietly chatting with a friend of mine who is also a liberal. Another woman broke in and said, I shit you not. "I hate that guy. Look at what he's done. Look at the mess this country is in".

Cannot make this up.

3. The really sad part is that
the idiots haven't said anything original, or even different. The same RW/neo-con memes--cut taxes, stop taxing the wealthy, stop government spending, we're plunging toward socialism (but they had no trouble when it was geared to the wealthy 1%)

BTW--wow, articulate freepers. :P

5. On Sundays, there's a column called Your Two Cents.
It is pure comedy gold. It rivals sniffa's blog My Days with Dave, which if you haven't checked it you, you should.

One guy wrote. "I can't believe that this is the change we voted for. A return to the Clinton era"

I wrote back "Yeah, that eight whole years of peace and prosperity royally sucked".

I'm sure they won't publish it.

Last letter of mine they published, I called Palin a 'blithering idiot' and got hate mail. At. My. House. Republican Family Values.

4. Of course didn't you know? Why the depression ended was mean ole FDR Attacked
poor Adolf thus killing off a bunch of american workers thus ensuring unemployment to decrease so american came out of the depression. After all it was the Japanese who attacked the US of A so going to war with Germany took away much needed troops in the war effort against Japan thus ensuring WWII to last more then a few weeks. But anyhow thats how WWII freed up jobs, workers went off to war and thus millions of jobs were created, which was when the problem with illegals started, WWII created so many jobs companies had to hire illegals to fill them. :sarcasm:

I actually heard republicon brown nosers say crap like this and I am still like :wow:

6. My dad told me when he went overseas during WWII
that he was grateful that FDR fucked up, so that he could kill off some Japs. :sarcasm: (Actually, not him, but a member of his unit)

You cannot make this stuff up.

8. My new answer is if the depression was prolonged by FDR..
Why are you here? If things were so bad your parents or grandparent wouldn't have had another mouth to feed and that would be you. Hope, a job & prosperity in those tough times made you possible.
